when you send a voice message through an app like telegram or whatsapp it's a full audio file which vapi cannot process the same way you can as a STT/TTS model. You would have to run it through to pull the text out of the audio file to be able to interact with vapi.
can you explain the flow your would expect here from a product perspective? what would you want Vapi to handle?

Amanda Martin the idea is WhatsApp as chat bot (text) like vapi test chat for agents in console. I know the purpose of vapi is calls but when the agent is ready in general you need to replicate for web chat, WhatsApp and for voice as customers are omnichannel.
