Adding knowledge bases to workflow

When the ask module is finished could it have an additional attachment where you can add a knowledge base to the ai model. For example, the assistant needs to ask about what payment plan the user wants from your service. On an attached word document is a list of all the payment options, their prices and features, so that the assistant can say "Here's the services we provide which one would you like to get?" retrieve the desired service or if the user wants a more in-depth look into a single service it can then break off into another ask module with a more focused knowledge base.
