Agent speaking speed UI is bugged, no way to get to 1.0 in speed

My agent is stuck at either 0.9 or 1.1 speaking speed, unless I update the agent using the API. The UI in VAPI does not allow me to publish the agent with 1.0 speed. Any ideas how to fix this?
