Maximum Duration cannot be set higher then 60 seconds for new assistants
When creating a new assistant, the maximum call duration cannot be set higher then 60 seconds in the dashboard. In existing assistants, the maximum call duration is set to the amount I set it at last. It can not be set to a higher amount.

Cant attached the workflow to the assistant
After Create new workflow it just opens the workflow editor. No workflow attached in the assistant dashboard

Calls aren't recording
For some reason the calls aren't recording all of a sudden and this is important as i use those recording links in my workflows. And its not even calls that are ended after a second its calls that last more than 1 min

I don't know why my workflows won't save. I've put in a random phone number for my transfer but it doesn't give an error for that part. Could you please help me figure this out

Variable latency during conversations
We have been running multiple agents on your platform however in the past two to three days we have noticed increased latency please note we have not changed any of the infrastructure parameters such as agent id - b5bcac35-e130-4ed4-8c45-70c9a30eeddf system prompt length the model used - gpt-4o-mini knowledge base attached - via Trieve provider - OpenAi transcriber - deepgram-en-IN-Nova 2 voice - 11 Labs everything remains unchanged however the response time has greatly increased which is resulting in poor performance sharing the url for one of the agents for you to test and tell us why this variance in latency is being noticed.

Cannot update payment method
I am out of money on my linked bank account. So we tried changing the payment method in the billing account with my partner's card number. However we always get the error "Unable to update payment method. Forbidden. Please confirm your card details and try again". We tried twice creating new accounts, but we always get this error when trying to input the payment method. We know for sure that there were no typos in our card details when inputting them.

Publish button for the assistant does not work properly
The publish button is not saving the updates or changes for the assistant. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
