To make high quality multi-lingual experiences with language selection at the beginning, we need a way to either:
  1. Be able to use different STT and TTS models in different nodes
  2. Transfer into a sub-workflow or Squad-style transfer to an assistant that is configured in the alternative language
Multi-lingual STT and TTS just aren't quite there yet
