I'm trying to use my fine-tuned model with an OpenAI API key. However, when I enter the API key under "Custom LLM" and "OpenAI" settings, I receive the following error message (attached in this email):

"Error in Saving Credentials: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getSourceToken')."

Could you please check the status of your frontend? I believe there might be an issue causing this error.
