If a voice is unavailble the call should throw an error

Today the owner of the 11labs voice DQ5BY6XAAchoJ8FZQsqK apparently decided to delete it. Due to this, all consecutive calls failed but silently, so our engineering team didn't become aware of this issue. A customer called us mentioning that all calls seem to be silent and that was the moment we became aware of an issue.
We would like to share two ideas
- It would be great if in this case a webhook would be triggered which informs us about a failing call so we can quickly act.
- Is there a chance for 11labs/Vapi to provide bullet-proff voices which are "deletion-protected"?
