I am out of money on my linked bank account. So we tried changing the payment method in the billing account with my partner's card number.

However we always get the error "Unable to update payment method. Forbidden. Please confirm your card details and try again".

We tried twice creating new accounts, but we always get this error when trying to input the payment method. We know for sure that there were no typos in our card details when inputting them.
